Les nominations aux Olivier
Awards 2016 ont été annoncées ce matin par Michael Ball et Imelda Staunton au Rosewood Hotel de Londres.
La cérémonie récompensant
les lauréats dans chaque catégorie se déroulera le 3 avril au Royal
Opera House. Elle sera retransmise en directe sur ITV.
“Gypsy” et “Kinky Boots”
viennent en tête avec respectivement 8 et 7 nominations, suivis par “Guys And Dolls” avec 6 nominations.
L'excellente pièce de Florian Zeller “The Father” (Le Père), qui se joue actuellement au Duke of York's Theatre (jusqu'au 26 mars), est nommée dans trois catégories : meilleure nouvelle pièce, (traduction de Christopher Hampton), meilleur comédien (Kenneth Cranham) et meilleure sonorisation (Christopher Shutt).
